Definition of copolymer
Fishing line comprised most often of two types of nylon. Copolymer lines do not float or stretch like monofilament lines, are more abrasion resistant, and have excellent knot strength. Because they do not float, they do not work well for topwater lures but are excellent for most other types of fishing.

How to use copolymer in a sentence
I use a copolymer for bass fishing around stumps because it’s so tough but doesn’t have the texture of braid.
